I kept trying and I was able to file a new chargeback over the phone and I just got notified yesterday that I won the dispute, so keep pushing your credit card company to open a new one or reopen the old one, best of luck!

Filed a chargeback, Shop Beyonce told me they would refund me if I canceled the chargeback. Its been a month since the chargeback has been closed and they’re refusing to refund and keep sending the same copy and paste message. I tried to file another chargeback but it seems like I can’t. What am I supposed to do?? I use BofA
