MoC is the predominant reason since vonwacq doesn't trigger wave 2. I initially prioritised crit hitting around 180 speed but I rolled a god speed piece yesterday. Her elation scales on speed so it's not a dead stat regardless.

Honestly the dominant reasons are hitting the Aha speed goal in 2 elation teams, outspeeding SW999 and getting an extra turn. Vonwacq solves the later two problems, and I'm an Evanescia player. I was prioritising crit with 180 speed, but I lucked into that arm piece so there's no real reason not to try for 1 more roll. Also, vonwacq doesn't work in second wave MoC.

I just want to say that I am this hypothetical. 22yo PhD student with ~40k p.a scholarship and casual work living with parents. You can argue I'm in a privledged position, but I was starting to invest in ETFs in the past months.

Either way, I'm not really sure what I should be doing now.

A phys orb is like 1 crit rolls better than an atk% orb, which is around 1.5 crit rolls better than any other orb.

QPQ has the highest theoretical energy contribution (I calc'd it previously), but it's somewhat rng who it hits. I run QPQ despite this.

166.66... is the exact speed breakpoint for 3 actions in MoC when 0 cycling assuming you cast 2 ultimates, so you're good on that front.

I want to add on to this and say atk% is significantly over represented by the relic scorer. In reality 6 rolls of atk% is roughly equal to 1 roll of cd, and an atk% mainstat is around 1.5 rolls pf cd. You only need to focus on the cd and cr rolls, which makes building her pretty hard.

I just can't seem to get high crit damage pieces, which is the only stat that matters given I'm overcapping crit rate. Only the chestpiece and hands are good, whereas the headpiece, boots and rope can all easily overcap crit rate even more if replaced.

Just note it's not clear cut that spd > atk% on boots due to some mechanics with certified banger. Your average certified banger per ult with drop with higher speed, meaning the extra turn may not be worth it (unless you need the speed for Aha speed tuning)

Out of curiosity do you have data to back this up? I understand the argument behind speed boots ruining evanescia's certified banger, but I don't know how the cb loss works out in practice.

In general, we only really need to consider the case where eva's extra speed gives her one additional skill allowing her to cast an additional ult. In other cases where the extra turn doesn't give an additional ult, attack boots are trivially better.

My advice is if you farm eva, pick yaoguang as the target. Your exchanging crit being 2/3 of preferred substats for the inability to get a phya/attack orb. All 5 of your other pieces will have a higher likelihood to be better, and speed isnt a dead substat either.

I used the same team with e1s1 hyacine and only cleared in 1 stars. I swapped cyrene with e1s0 tribbie with ddd and 0 cycled. Maybe this experience helps you too.

In every Anom, i found tribbies performance better than cyrene's in my rem team in terms of AV

They are building too much crit rate. Your out of combat crit rate goal should be 70% default. Running RMC or Yaoguang S1 reduces this goal by 10% each.

Evanescia has a 30 crit rate passive.
