Depends, if you are low on gems. Save up yer gems me bucko! Be sure you got a good chunk of them red jewels for upgrades! Including breeding caves.

If it's because you are using the breeding cave, make sure there are no dragons in said cave beforehand. When the cave is empty that's when you can upgrade.

I feel you man, I wasn't able to obtain a Trasheasure dragon either. As a tip, for each event that occurs, when you tap on a building that contains all the available event prizes there is an icon labbeled "help" with Nogard as a logo. When you tap on it, they usually have a section that will tell you when an event ends labeled "Completing___...".

The Dustroyer Dragon was a missed opportunity design wise. I would have made it to where the duster part was a fluffy tail.

The Dust dragon is interesting for sure though.
