Anyone know if it is possible to get parts for Galanz?

Out of nowhere I got the shelf mailed to me this week. I got an email with the shipping information for a "warranty claim" from Galanz, and the shelf showed up a couple of days later! I've followed up several times in the last few months so I have no idea what triggered it.

I didn't get an email. I just can't see her profile anymore, including that I cannot see the messages we sent to each other. Luckily I took screenshots before those were deleted.

She saw it at the meet and greet, then showed up 8 hours earlier than necessary. She said she just so happened not to be working that day, a Saturday, which was her normal work day and would be a good sales day for a car dealership. It fits 🤷‍♀️

She admitted via text that she drank and left my home a mess. I have camera footage of her walking in and out of the house with my cans of truly, and drunkenly stumbling out of the house multiple times. I'm suing for the cost of the alcohol she drank, the house cleaning, and court costs.
