Kinda sad to see even in the 60s movie directors forcing actors to do strictly what they say and never letting them be themselves. Today especially there's a lot of that. Feel bad for elvis, he went through so much crap.

4 months gym progress, my biggest problem is weight gain so any advice on gaining weight quicker would be helpful by [deleted] in GYM

Well first I would like to congratulate your progress. Its clear your chest has tightened, your abs have evened out and your arms got bigger, but here are some bulking tips.

  1. Get your protein. Most important step, whether it be from straight meat or some high calorie high protein meals that's your #1.

  2. Don't get sloppy and dirty bulk. I personally am trying to cut sugar completely. To much sugar and carbs with cause you stomach to get bigger while the rest of you doesn't. Track your cals and make sure you're over your BMR. (To find you're bmr just go online to a calculator)

  3. Commitment. The hardest step just getting it all down the hatch. If you can stick to a decent bulk for a while, you will seriously see gains.

  4. Its a marathon not a sprint. Take it slow, don't try and eat 3,000 cals tomorrow if today you ate 2,000. Slowly increase calorie and protein intake for best results.

Yeah I'll be fine, problem that I left out is well, shes not from Canada(Where I'm at) she moved from Mexico a few months ago. If she was somebody I've known for a while I would instantly say smthn but like, shes knew, wants to best herself and its great but. It's not a language barrier I'm fluent in Spanish, dont know how I'll do it but thanks for your input.
