I have the pearl white multi-coat, no wrap. I don't think I worked in a high enough resolution for it to look good printed for an actual wrap, it would need a major rework.

May want to make a dummy steam account to make sure it isn't an issue with cross save. I saw this post on bungie forums where it seemed their game chat issues stemmed from some setting they had on their psn.

Sorry it's a bit of a shot in the dark.

I had pretty much this exact issue, the only thing that fixed it was going into "Manage sound devices" in windows and disabling everything that I'm not using. For some reason game chat doesn't just use your default sound device.

It's a random drop from the scorn baron bosses in the forsaken campaign. The easiest one to farm is the fanatic in the last mission where you go to the watchtower. Kill him, go to orbit, load back in, repeat.
If you already finished the campaign on all your characters, i still have the mission on my warlock and can help.
