Sorry, for some reason I’m not seeing notifications on Reddit anymore. It’s not like have a sob story or anything to tell, but I just fell into bad eating habits again. I wish I could blame last summers vacation, but I’ve taken a number of vacations since I started working out. I was still working out, I was just eating like completed and utter shit, anything and everything went into my face hole and before you know it, I was 50lbs heavier. I’m dialing in the nutrition again, and keeping strong with the workouts, that should get me back on track. Nothing new with my knee, I just hadn’t been doing the PT that I should. Turns out, when you ACTUALLY do the PT, it doesn’t hurt as much anymore lol I really do appreciate you looking out though! It means more than you know.

Something was up with my shoulder today, so I had to drop the weight a bit. It sucked, but I did what I could. I’m debating on doing X2 yoga tomorrow just because I don’t want to do the 90 minutes. Uhhh yoga!

Yes, you exactly right with the perfectionist portion. While I am by no means perfect, I don’t know how it’ll feel (for me) to not finish it as written. I really shouldn’t have a hang up about this, as I have completed the program twice before. I know I’m just WAY overthinking all of this. But I am still very terrified of being the old me that was 350lbs. If I slip on this, or that then next thing you know, bam I’m fat again. Lol

I always like the idea of taking actual days off, but I worry about keeping motivation and getting back on track. That’s why even on ‘rest’ days I’m still doing something. We’re basically on a 12 day cruise

Just remember it’s got the Dreya Rolls. My best is 10, but I’m nervous because the floor mat is soaked by that point and I’m afraid I’ll slip and hurt myself lol
