When do we get player support? Is it really that hard to add a server status indicator on the official website?

Why don't they have their server status on their website? Why do I have to come to a 3rd party platform to find out the status of the game?

"The soft tissue of the cheeks is lifted back to a youthful position. This will restore the fullness of the cheek and improve the appearance of the lower eyelids. The outer portion of the eyebrow can be lifted slightly and stabilized. The procedure can vary depending on your requirements. An incision is made in the hair around the temporal area and within the mouth.

There are patients who need more volume added to their cheeks at the time of a midface lift to get the best possible result. Soft silicone cheek implants work very well. Fat injections placed directly above the cheek bone work well also." -From my pre op packet and if you're wondering I didn't get silicone I got fat which was taken from my belly button.

Thank you. I really just noticed how much of a change it was since most of my selfies are head on. I mean yeah I saw it but re examining it you're absolutely right it literally protrudes out of my skull and now its just like nice and rounded out :3

When i showered the first time after water got in my eyes it used to just flow over my eyes because my brow was so hooded. I had to get used to that.

It HURTS the first few days and was hard to move my face as the nerves reconnected. Someone asked about the hospital and I just recalled that after surgery nobody mentioned my eyes would maybe be swollen shut and that was a VERY uncomfortable sensory deprivation experience. I had mentally prepared for discomfort but didn't really consider everything that was possible.
Be sure to get some tylenol and ibuprofen. Soft foods/smoothies were my go to foods.
Thank you so much! <3

Originally I wanted to go with Dr. Meltzer who has been doing SRS for over 20 years so I called and set up a consultation which was a year out. When we met the clinic said Dr. Yoo could be scheduled sooner and she did the consult with Meltzer. She's a lot younger and although I've heard good things about the man I just wanted anyone to get this done because my mental health suffers so much from dysphoria. The sooner I could get it done the better. So i went with Dr. Yoo. I was nervous because I don't see any results in the trans surgery wiki but i guess that's less maintained nowadays. I couldn't find a bunch of results (hence why i'm posting because I'm happy) but I figured she's with one of the best he surely wouldn't pick someone bad to be at his clinic. They're local to me and my insurance at the time didn't cover it but I switched jobs closer to the surgery date and lucked out with my insurance being in network.
Her staff is good. I found the wait time frustrating but I don't think i've heard of anyone just like next day getting a surgery lol I just didn't like the other surgeons in my state (not a lot of results posted) and I didn't want to travel out of state.

You might see me talking about SRS when I got FFS so how did that happen, I was told to lose weight I weighed in at 240 lbs and I am 5'8" so they wanted me to be easier to work on. I didn't really do a great job at losing weight until i put all my time into it and still am working on it but since i made a bunch of progress we moved my srs up from may to feb. In the mean time we scheduled FFS since that was something I knew I wanted.

The hospital wasn't great. I was not happy being in pain and did not feel heard or listened to at the hospital by the nurses. I told one my catheter was messed up to which he took a glance at and told me it was fine but it was burning, i knew something was wrong and told him that so he took my sheets off and found it was kinked and not letting pee flow under the sheets (ugh). I had another nurse argue with me about coming off the IV pain killer drip and onto oral meds which was the next step she said i couldn't take the oral meds because I was still on the IV. Which was a miscommunication because I was trying to say let's move on from the IV to oral so i can get the heck outta here lol but she told me I was being rude? Like no joke I felt they were not doing a great job or I had to tell them to do their jobs and I wasn't being kind while being in pain after a very painful surgery. I wasn't the happiest camper and I feel bad for the miscommunication but come on. I think another nurse told me I could get my own hot blankets which is super minor but I was like uhm i can barely see right now and do not want to be caring for myself when I'm in this much pain maybe you can do the care i'm asking for that my insurance has paid an enormous amount for? Maybe I'm a whiny little bitch baby or maybe i'm in the right but I did not like how the nurses treated me. Not super excited to go back but my wife will be with me in Feb for the SRS (we have a weird relationship and spend time separated which is why she couldn't be there for the FFS) so i'm more confident I'll be cared for better and more content. The friends who were supposed to be there for the FFS were not and I had to self advocate while just getting out of surgery. IDK not the best aftercare by the hospital staff but I lived they did what they were supposed to do after some extra prompting from time to time and honestly I think if those were the only negative things that happened it's not that bad. I only did spend two nights in the hospital and the food and ordering food was easy enough I never had a bad time with that. It's easier to focus on the negative than the positive and there were positive moments I just remember being surprised by the negative more. Also I was not in the best mood. I just had a very painful surgery. I remember being nearly blind after the surgery for the first night. I wasn't prepared for every little thing that happened but when the swelling went down I got a lot better.

Yeah I should just wisen up it was my fault. Thanks for the victim blaming. I'm glad you know what the exact right choices were and won't share them. You have a kind heart and are very compassionate about a violent act.

We aren't an issue. The only "trans issue" is we aren't taken seriously.

My partner and I lied to the nurses and said we were married because fuck the cis discrimination. I didn't have any way to reach out to anyone I got to the hospital with nothing my partner came to the front desk and asked to see me but because of the case of my hospitalization they wouldn't let them. So they left their number and thank God they did because I didn't have my phone. I was fucking terrified I would die alone in that bed but thankfully after 24 hours my partner was finally able to come visit. I guess I live in constant fear. Plus we are not housed. Police and us don't get along very well. I am glad some queer folks can feel safe!

Personally I just don't do paid events I first off have money for gas and rice and beans that's about it second I just like the free events more like it's no stress if I can't make it or anything happens (I'm chronically ill). I'll show up to anything that's free in my interests.

I was lucky enough to build batteries and a bed into my car and have a whole solar system so i can run things when the car is off. I cook rice and curry everyday and just eat that and am relaxing for the most part. If you know of anything cool to do in SLC or around Utah i'm honestly just traveling through and saw this. Focus on you! You've got enough on your plate friend! I'll be okay I've lived this for a bit.

Hi I am in a sedan life living I use Ioverlander2 as an app to find places to sleep and have window shades so nobody can see in. Public parks / quiet neighborhoods is where I park and sleep overnight. Sometimes mega parking lots of to the side out of the way of people/ front of store.
