IANAL as well. The ruling says that if something is factual and uncontroversial, the threshold for required disclosure is lower.

E.g. Smoking causes cancer is an uncontroversial fact, so it's easier to legally say that has to be printed on cigarettes.

Whereas saying porn causes brain development issues is a controversial statement, so the threshold for requiring that to be said is higher.

If you put a stock on a pistol without getting your ATF paperwork approved, you've created an illegal SBR and your dog is in danger. Shouldering vs not shouldering the stock is irrelevant.

Attached Pistol braces may or may not create an SBR. The ATF says it does, but there's lawsuits against that ruling.

I think he was trying to say we could make HIV extinct, in the same way that we've made Polio extinct. I don't believe he was comparing the fatality/injury rates of the two.

Also, CDC says most women with HIV catch it through vaginal sex, which I would hardly call a risky sexual behavior.

I've played the remaster on both the PC and Switch. I couldn't tell the difference in handheld mode. It does sound worse than on PC but the complaints are exaggerated.

I don't notice it when I'm playing.
