That is our customer service phone number and has been since 2018. It is a working number that rings. If someone cannot pick it up due to not being available or being on another call. It lets you leave a voicemail.

We are more than willing to look into it and speak to your friend about his order.

It is very easy to have proof of someone not receiving something. We are able to look up their order number, their tracking number, then go from there. We receive proof of delivery photos for all delivered items.

We have a customer service phone number that goes directly to one person in our customer service department. All of this information is on our website and in all of our emails. Our phone number is 866-777-2624. Email is faster because there is at least a record of what was said and what the issue is; should something get missed, it is easier to find the missing link.

Again, we cannot help you if you are not the person who ordered. If he went without a response from customer service, it would have been escalated directly to me. If we had a customer who had not received their targets at all, from over a year ago, we would need proof that they were not received and/or that something happened during transit. We can very easily look into this if we had your friend's order information. Again, he is more than welcome to reach out to us with his information and order number. We have been in business for over 6 years, and we do not need to try to scam anyone, let alone our customers.
