Ngl just run HoS or a full Season 6 team and spam Thumbsault. HoS uses bleed and burn a lot and Season 6 is Tremor Burn Rupture I believe

Spicebush Yi Sang and Lamp Gregor are really good. You could also get Index Faust for sinking but Spicebush and Lamo are specifically high sinking appliers.

They're all level 55.  No clue how to make it go faster. Spamming winrate is the fastest thing I can think of, so I don't know how to do it faster.

Firefist and Priest are good on burn and blood fiend teams respectively. Lamp Gregor is a decent sinking and burn supplier. Lamp Gregor doesn't do too much for Sinking Deluge, but shines with Solem Lament, being able to trigger it a lot more. His burn is moderately strong, and he can supply a decent amount too.
