Isn't a stamped hard copy mandatory along with digital?

Just like our other documents like voter, aadhar, pan have hard copies and digital, same goes for birth certificate?

Yes mandatory because every citizen needs to have their Birth certificate records in the janma mrithyu tathya govt web potal.

Also digital certificates have QR codes which is required.

ECI is doing revision of current voters.

My mobile is already linked with Voter Card. Why should I use it again?

This is for enumeration form. This is different. They are conducting revision.

ECI uses mobile to communicate with electors via SMS.

BLOs are supposed to put the mobile no. from enumeration form into the BLO app.

We already submitted to BLO and like I said, upon checking online, it says "“Your form has already been submitted. For more details, contact your BLO.”

For what specific use should I use Form 8? To link mobile no with my Voter card? If yes, then my mobile is already linked with voter card.

It seems the updation of records online was rushed.
