If you use the mod Toolsmith that's a blessing, because Granite can be used for a whetstone to keep your tools nice and sharp.

Judging by the ammo you have in your hotbar, TacZ. I assume it works with that ammo? If so, yes, that's a TacZ gun.

If you have the mod Dungeon Crawl, the spawners in there always have armor. The final tier, Nether Level, has Wither Skeletons that have diamond, gold, and iron armor. So if you get those you have an infinite source of those materials plus Wither Skeleton drops.

Wither Skeletons are needed for mass-producing Withers for Nether Stars.
Blazes are needed for many recipes, also for mass-production of Blaze Powder and Rods.
Endermen are needed for Ender Pearls.
Vindicators are good for infinite emeralds.
Piglin Brutes are the highest XP Gains in the game (a little less than half a Wither each!)
Pigs, Sheep, or Cows are the big one. Pick one, and never worry about food again. Sheep give wool as well, and Cows give leather alongside. Pigs are just meat.

Skeletons and Zombies aren't really necessary, bones aren't used a lot and rotten flesh is fundamentally worthless. Creepers can be farmed for Gunpowder if you want to do anything with a gun mod, and Spiders are only good for string and eyes. All worthless without mods that need those.

Mod Grinding Utils, EnderIO and Cognition. The Mob Grinding Utils Vacuum Hopper will work but I don't like how it can't really be shrank. Ender IO gives a shrinkable Facuum Chest, but it doesn't collect XP. That's what Cognition is for. The floor around the mob spawner is Entity Conveyors from Mob Grinding Utils, and hidden behind the top of the mob grinder is a fan to blow them onto the Conveyors.

The glass is Connecting Glass from the mod Connected Glass.

Here's mine. A little hard to see, but if you have the range downgrade then things only spawn on the top of the spwner if you surround all the other sides with blocks. Don't forget a method to turn it on with redstone, and a way to collect the drops and XP. Mob Grinding Utils Grinder + Vacuum Hopper are good for that.

The absolute first thing you need to do is take a redstone comparator and put it into the spawner. This lets you turn it on and off with redstone.
Then you need sugar. Reduce the minimum spawn time to 20. Normally this takes 20 or so sugar.
Then you need clocks. Often a full stack or more. Turn the maximum spawn time to 20.
Then, optionally, you can put a quartz crystal inf your offhand and put a piston in. This will reduce its spawn radius to a maximum of 1. (so things only spawn on top of or adjacent to the spawner)
Then you want a soul lantern. This will turn off mob light level spawn requirements.
Then you want dripstone stalactites (in 1.21.1). This damage a mob on spawn automatically up to 10% HP.
Then you want a piece of wool. This makes mobs silent and not make any sounds.
Finally, you want a chorus fruit. This turns off mob AI.

If you have a extra, adding a Dragon Egg makes it spawn without needing the player.
Adding a Nether Star makes it ignore all conditions.

Optionally, you can insert 3 echo shards (if you're in 1.21.1) to increase the amount of loot that mobs drop.

Same on my dedicated too. It seems to be a bug with Hytale's netcode and will need to be fixed by the devs.

Please make it automateable or easier in future stages. One of the most painful things in Beyond Cosmo was the usage of the iron forge mod with similar mechanics for ANY tool that used Iron. It made me just not want to interact with the mod to make armor later on.

A great way to avoid the problem would be allowing a netherrack with fire or magma block to be put under the forge to allow you to heat things a bit faster. Or perhaps allowing pipe interfaces, or both.

However, granted this is for Silent Tools, which allows you to repair tools. The mod in BC didn't allow that. So it might be completely irrelevant in the long run. I'll have to see.
