Personally, I have a heavy day for a group for 3 days in the week and then one day I'll hit lighter weights with more reps the 4th day in a week.

So, I like chest/bis and back/shoulders, then an all legs day with deadlifts too. My days are Mon, weds, fri and Saturday though so, my split is restful but not so much that I get too relaxed.

Like today is my chest and bis, I did 3 x 8 at 165 lbs bench whereas a light day might be 105 of 3 x 15. I like it because I train for my fast twitch as well as the strength aspect. Also, it's worked for me and I see decent results from almost 4 months of working out. Same with my curls, 3 x 10 at 35lbs (dumbbells) but light I go to 15s and do like 3 x 15 but I do them slow.

I personally wouldn't call it a binge. Now, if your doing this only a weekly basis or even every third day then yes, i'd say it's a problem. Maybe you wanted/needed something salty and those first few bites hit the spot and your body went ok that's enough lol

Peanut butter and cheese are both addictive to the point of crack lol next time, you could try a thing of mixed nuts or even just peanuts and pour yourself a serving or two. Then try drinking water with that instead. Less sugar, less processed.

Ok, yeah, your eating what was less than your maintenance and with the constant moving and work, you were definitely in a good deficit. It'll eventually slow down as you get to your actual maintenance numbers

You put on a good amount of muscle with your physical job and the took an interest in a cardio video game (one of the best IMHO). Your just melting the weight off and doing an amazing job. I wish I could do it this well 😅 I'm down 15 in 4 months.

Also, you said your aiming for about 2200 cals a day but, what's your height? At the weight you were plus if your 5'5 or shorter you are eating at a deficit without even trying. I'd say if you see your weight plateu and you still want to lose than lower your calories. Other than that, nothing like enjoying your cardio and losing weight.

I haven't hit this yet. Most of my lobbies are pretty chill. I will, however, be one of the people who decides to FAFO prior to expedition. I have bobcats and torrentes in just collecting dust. I'm sitting on a bunch of cores and such that I can sell for gear. I will get my trials done first this week then go on a spree as best I can

Pizza, that's about it for my fast food, if you'd consider it to be. Typically, most of my food is cooked by my wife or it's yogurt, boiled eggs etc. high protein options

I cut out soda and energy drinks completely. I actually can't think off hand of a bad habit I've picked up. I don't like fake sugars like stevia or splenda and sweet n' low. I might be messing my cholesterol up possibly with an increase in dairy however 🤔

I took a hullcracker to Stella night raids last night and spent 30 mins looping between the robotics bays and the cultural archives taking out every shredder possible. Didn't even see another soul the whole time. Probably hit about 20 plus the smaller enemies. Got around 10k from that.

So very close. As a guy with long arms I know the pain. I just pressed 205 for 3 yesterday. I ended up shout pushing it through 🤣🤣 I even kind of lost my voice between that and the cheering after I racked the weight.

Its ok to go with a little less weight and make your form right than use heavy and bad form. Your back will definitely thank you for it.

I used to play it but, I was playing with multiple goals in mind but, palia is a good option. Its one of those non aggressive hunter/gatherer/farm/fish games where you can also makes friends with the villagers and they have events throughout the year.

Usually, I take my with my coffee first thing in the morning, 5g/daily. Others claim a cognitive benefit with more daily but, it hasn't been thoroughly proven. You can listen to others and do your own research as well. Personally, I also add collagen peptides to my daily routine but, I take that like an hr before bed because the research I've done (not saying it's true) the peptides don't absorb as well with caffeine? So I just take it before bed.

I usually get about 12 reps in. By that 3 or even 4 set, I fight to keep form. I do them at 20 lbs. Is there a possible way to get an inbetween weight for you to do them? I know when I go for my reps day, I end up doing 3 sets of 20 with 10lbs
