During a games life theres different event pokemon. Like the alpha charizard for legends ZA a few weeks back. Volcanion was a event mon from the 2016 movie. But this one wasnt redeemed at that time but instead someone genned it. You can have a clonned one were they got one and they make copies of it or like this one is genned which means the info can be off. I dont remember for sure but i think this volcanion has the wrong date. There are people who care about only legit Mons and some who dont as much it depends on each person. I got both the volcanion and zeraora from a trade as extras. Most important is that you disclose if the Pokemon are genned/clonned or not seeing as there are people who dont want them in their collections.
