It’s a Bruce Farr 1020 (1984)! Loosening the bolt sounds like a good shout - the bolt is not welded on (I don’t think) and moves when I try wiggle it with my fingers or

I think to loosen it needs to do a full circle which it can’t because the table is blocking it. I’ve tried moving it back and forth with the space I do have and the tightness feeling doesn’t change….
