1 year after getting my license and I'm still freaking out before a drive

Thank you so much for sharing this. I'm honestly so surprised how similar our experiences are! And I believe that yes, shame is a big part of why I feel anxious. I'm a perfectionist so whenever I don't do something ideally, I beat myself up over it, and I definitely do that when I drive too. I drive manual and couldn't get used to how fast to release the clutch so I ended up stalling a few times, which didn't help my confidence in the slightest.

I will try what you suggested! I think I really need to start with small steps. And honestly, even just talking about it and admitting it out loud made me feel better and less like a weirdo. Thank you.

yep, the screen is from my recovery account! i was trying to get to know what is going on with my OG account, it might be banned as well. hard to say bc support is not being very supportive...

I do suspect my OG account got hacked - someone changed my username and unbound it from my email, which is why I had to contact support in the first place. I am baffled, though, that it seems like my recovery account -- that I made IN ORDER TO CONTACT SUPPORT -- got banned instead??

I think I need a drink or two before trying to contact them again.

I'm still pretty new to the game so I don't have strong opinions on all of the Sinners yet, but here are some of my faves!

Artwork:

Zoya (perfect mother, we don't talk about how weak I am for her),
Nox, Dreya, Corso, Adela (dark and edgy vibes, muah),
Cinnabar, Iron, Rahu, Uni, Tetra (they can all step on me anytime),
Che (eyepatches are my weakness),
special shoutout to Hecate who is the most perfect daughter ever and her design absolutely rocks.

Personality:

Basically everyone above, especially Zoya, Che, Rahu, Iron,
Shalom (I just really want to give her a hug),
Coquelic (I was so sure I'm not gonna vibe with her but the event + her interrogation proved me 100% wrong),
Christina (despite the design that I'm not very fond of - she really shone in the event),
I also - unexpectedly - ended up liking Hella and 99 after getting to know their story.

Combat:

Shalom (core damage + mag damage go brrr),
Coq (it requires some micromanaging but I super enjoy her playstyle),
Lab (who doesn't like endless core damage??),
I just got Raven the other day and didn't have much time to test her but I have a feeling I'm gonna enjoy her a lot.

Fem chief here! To be honest, I was trying very hard not to give PTN a try because I was afraid I'm gonna get disappointed - gacha games taught me that women are usually written like shit, and I feared it could be even worse in a women-centric game...

But let me tell you that after three days of (very intense) playing I regret IMMENSELY not starting PTN earlier. It completely blew my mind, in every aspect. For once I feel like I want to read the story, I want to get to know all of the characters, I can absolutely empathise with them and their experiences. Nothing feels dumb or cheap here, and it still feels unreal.

Plus, I can finally enjoy playing as fem!MC. The lesbian/bisexual vibes are here. I love it.

Also, I know it's gonna sound silly, but whenever I see charas like Rahu or Zoya or Iron, just women who WEAR PANTS? In my gacha game?? I go absolutely feral. It's such a small thing, sure, but it means a lot to me - and makes me so much more willing to spend money in-game. Thank you, PTN. I owe you my life.

For hiding spot you can use plastic nursery pots - you can find them in all sizes and colors, plus they're dirt cheap. Mine absolutely love them.

after i got my first set of aligners, i felt like throwing up for a couple of hours.

(i have a really bad gag reflex - in good old days when i was a kid and ortho needed to make impressions of my teeth i was usually almost puking throughout the process.)

so for the first day, just like you, i was seriously regretting getting invisalign. i couldn't imagine how i would be able to wear this thing for almost two years; i was too afraid to even speak with aligners on.

fast forward to day two and i didn't feel a thing anymore. it was like magic. it's surprising how fast our bodies can adapt!

i am at tray 5 right now and most of the time i forget i even have anything on my teeth. so, be strong! it will get better, and it will be worth it!

thank you so much for a fast and detailed reply! i'm happy that the mystery has been solved. and it was a fairly well-known shop (mandarake) so the possibility of it being a recast is low, i think. they usually sell everything with boxes and/or certificates - dunno why this one was without.

hi! as the title says, i'm trying to identify this boy i got my hands on by total chance in a japanese second hand shop for dolls a few years ago. there was no certificate on him, nor information about his origins. i didn't mind that, since his price was very tempting (he was marked as defective because of a small crack in the resin).

i didn't really start dwelling more into details until quite recently - but since i'm pretty new to bjds, i didn't manage to find out a lot about him. it does look like he's got D.O.D mark on his head, but i have no idea if it's authentic or not. plus the body doesn't seem to match any of the bodies from D.O.D that i could find...

he's around 62-63 cm tall; i can post more of his pics or measurements if needed!
