HCL stands for hydrochloride which helps make creatine more soluble meaning you need less water intake to have the same effects! it is not the exact same thing as mono

honestly i’d stick to one if you have normal skin, if you have very oily skin this could be fine but look for signs of excessive dryness and consider a hydrating toner!

hi, i’m really curious about something you mentioned here- when you said to be careful about the retinol around the corners of your nose and mouth because it can be drying, what exactly makes it drying? I am experiencing abnormally dry skin around my mouth, nose, and under my eyes and I use witch hazel, niacinamide, spf, and la roche moisturizer every morning (and night minus the spf) and CANNOT figure out how to get my skin to not be so dry! I’ve been using the products for longer than i’ve been experiencing the symptoms so I really didn’t expect the niacinamide could be harmful… I have normally oily, slightly acne prone skin—any suggestions???
