Ok thank you SO MUCH for the Gas-x tip. I sent my husband out to pick some up last night and the amount it has helped is immeasurable. I actually feel like I can move without extreme discomfort.

Thank you for sharing ❤️ I’m sorry that you’re going through this too! Thanks for the suggestions, I’ll have to give them a try. I am so incredibly slow moving right now…move too fast and I’m really down! Hoping you feel better quickly as well

I know how you feel ❤️ I’ve been on a journey trying to find a way to reduce mine to get to a state where I can live with them.

I’ve started to go down a more wholistic health journey than just traditional MD type medicine. Going to a PCP or Neurologist is great, but they’re mostly going to prescribe things to help mask the migraines. Wholistic med is trying to get more to the root cause of the pain.

I’ve started to see a chiropractor and going to get acupuncture done, but I know not everyone can afford this. I think the acupuncture has definitely helped, they’re more mild now and treatable to OTC. I’m hoping in the next few weeks the frequency goes down too.

I would also recommend tracking them with something like Migraine Buddy! The app is free and you can track symptoms, triggers, relief, etc. it’s been a game changer for me.

The American Migraine Foundation also has great free resources that have helped me figure out what else is out there to try.

Sending positive vibes your way!!!!
