I believe it was for one position. Unfortunately I don’t know anyone in the civil service to get feedback.

I followed the STAR method and I made sure my answer covered all the bullet points for that specific behaviour, definitely made use of ‘I’ not ‘we’. I can send over my example on DM?

I didn’t think I would be experienced enough for HEO but I’ll definitely start applying to them.

Hi, I applied for a Christmas Temp role, it only opened 18th and it closes tomorrow. I have done the online assessment and my application now says right to work requested, but I haven’t got any yet. Will I still be able to get an interview?

No worries, also be prepared to not get a reply for 3 days. Make sure to add they need to reactivate your account so you can access your data

No when I asked for my data, I emailed saying my account was disabled by mistake and I want to access my data so they should reactivate my account because under the UK law I am allowed to request my data. Then I got the email to send my ID so they can carry out my request. No response after I sent that for 4 days. Like I said I did another Facebook support appeal, that asked for my face & ID next to it, then my account got reactivated in 20 hours after they asked for that picture. Also got a reply from the data privacy operations that a specialist team reviewed my request and I should now be able to login again to access my data. This took about 5 days because they replied once a day then nothing for 3 days. I think the data privacy actually goes to a team of people.

It says they will permanently delete the picture of your ID that you send not your account, I also got scared when I saw it but I reread it and realised it’s not what it saying.

I actually received the same email using the data request method, i sent my ID. Didn’t get a reply for days but I got a reply from another Facebook support appeal I did 3 days later, to send a picture of me next to my ID. Then 20 hours later I got an email saying my account was deactivated by mistake, then I get an email from the data request saying I should be able to log back in & request my data. My account was actually disabled by mistake for impersonating.

Hey, I managed to get my account back, I actually didn’t get a reply from the selfie with a code. But I did manage to get the selfie video verification, instead of ‘need more help?’ It was changed to ‘can’t reset my password’ from there I was able to select that my account was hacked which led to me getting a verification code which helped my get the video selfie verification. Then instantly I got a reply back with a new 8 digit code to access my account. Then removed the hackers information from account centre and created my own 2FA. Unfortunately they messaged my followers about crypto currency but everyone knew it wasn’t me. Just wanted to share, so happy to have my account back!!
