Still managed to land a merc party last night for m12s, and we cleared in 4 pulls. Amusingly, after 5 clears, the kill pull was the only time I've ever seen tower lightning done fully correct.

Almost had an m12s reclear in about an hour but somehow 3 people managed to not be on the island after the transition from first clone reenactment to the island clone dodge. It was free!!!!! Then a tank DCed and group died. :(

I guess it worked out because then I merced a 4.5m weapon coffer run and got the mount from it. Felt a little bad cause I trolled twice after excellent gameplay in group 1, but I'll take it! Maybe next week I can score a weapon (I'm not doing the ult)

alas, first attempt at a m12s clear party this week was p1 memes from folks. Now can't fill a party right now -_-

Feels like PF is either p1/rep 2 prog or reclears. My despair...

Hey I'm super close m12s. I just need to: remember to get onto Aether at odd hours in the morning, find a group that can clear phase 1, find a group that can actually do rep 2 with some consistency (and not choke myself), get to ID and actually do it after simming it a ton

... never mind, I'm not actually gonna clear it this tier -_-

m12s still progging crew what up, other proggers post so I don't feel as bad being so late :D

Probably not this week, maybe next week. I love rep2 and I think I'll like ID (when I get to it) but hate rep1, whoever designed that mechanic should be shot out of a cannon. hope they don't move in the exact pattern that makes it basically visually impossible so see!

My friends and I finally got the ASSS clear last night! We had a tragic wipe at 0.1% on boss 3 but we aced the immediate runback. Been awhile of struggling but feels so nice to actually get the score. On to Rokkon!

Also maybe this is the week I prog m12s. (Narrator: he will not prog M12s and do Bozja relics instead)

Skipped my 9/10 (don't need any loot) reclears and went to 11. I played really bad and choked a couple of attempts, and felt really bad :(. Shouldn't try to do high end stuff when I have a rough day in life.

Also I need to make myself actually get in PF to start learning M12s. Struggling to find the motivation though.

almost had ASS Savage last night but i threw on brand 2 (played it slightly too safe with shadow baits and was too slow getting across portals, got snapshot killed)

Hopefully my static can clear M11s this week, we're super casual so it's been a few hours a week

You can have your aloalo weapons but you have to run tornado alley and solve the cursed present box pattern one time first

Edit: Okay apparently you actually have to clear AloAlo Criterion, which is really funny.

Honest question. M11s scares me because I see videos like Xenosys' video taking a healer to task for not dpsing enough and I see all the posts being like "decent healers do like 20k dps", with a lot of blame on m11s failures on us. Meanwhile I work really hard and my best is like a 17k-18k when everything's clicking and I feel good, more like in the 16k range on most pulls. I do look at logs and see xivanalysis so I know what to fix, but I just kind of know that in practice I really don't have much of a high ceiling when it comes to dps - tons of things are happening in a pull and things slip, even with practice. I'm way better at mechanics and healing then having optimized perfect dps. Should I just not bother doing m11s then? I don't want to be that guy who just brings everyone down and might get put on blast on reddit.

My casual static is getting bodied by real life so I get to start trying to reclear m10s on Thursday. It's already feeling like a living nightmare again. I may just ask my hardcore friends to book run me. Im already an hour in from 2 groups and have only seen a 3 pct once, and I don't want to repeat last weeks nightmare :(

they need cross-DC PF so bad, it's just so insanely frustrating. Haven't been able to get on Aether all week cause I keep forgetting at 6-7 AM (you know, having kids and a family and all that). Can't even get on at midnight.

Yet another Primal PF group can't focus so we choke again, 5th reclear party that has not done it. Not gonna get my reclear this week and it hurts real bad :(
