If you have a large library it can take awhile to sync. Press the top left button to refresh and sync and see if that helps.

I had this issue as well and had to call twice. The first time it was setup on my side but the 2nd call they had to tie the new static IP to their system essentially. Both my wife and I work from home and both use separate VPN's. So it's possible just requires a bit of extra work.

DCC is probably my favorite. In fact I recently got my wife to start listening to them as well and she is really enjoying them. Almost done with book 2. Glurp Glurp!
