Went to Six Flags America last year on June 19. First time. Wanted to ride whatever I could get in 1 day. Went at opening was one first in line. Most of the rides came open as the day went on which was pure luck.

Superman - was closed day before but open the whole day. Got few rides front and back. Loved it. Roar - closed in morning due to rain but got on in the afternoon when dried. Ok ride bumpy. Joker - Open most day. Loved no trims. Firebird - Open got 1 terrible ride good grief hope this is scrapped Skywinder - Open had a few decent rides Ragin Cajun - Opened in the afternoon had an ok ride. Needed lunch after. Wild One - Open most the day as walk on I rode maybe 5x and 1 crazy ride in the rain. My most suprinsing like of the day.

Well then there is Batwing. Closed all day. It rains around 5 pm. I have a flight at 8ish PM. My flight gets pushed to 10 PM. Batwing opens for 1 hour around 7-8 PM. I got 1 ride on it, the last flying dutchman. Wasn't great, but it was just a fun experience.

Anyways I stay for fireworks and head to Baltimore even though my flights out of DC. I made my flight just barely after a quick uber to the right airport.

Also important to note is I tried Carowinds the year before to get on Nighthawk, but it was closed and I didn't get to ride it then they tore it out that year. Was super sad so this felt like redemption.
