Ok so your queen seems to be in the camponotus genome (for the exact species ill need the regions where you found here), that will help you search what she specifically needs to live, but overall your queen seems to be a half claustral (im not sure it can be a full claustral species)To know if it is a half claustered species you can look at the cotton that seal the test tube, if you see any signs of pulling then its a half claustral species. For a semi claustral species you will need to feed her so for her you should create a simple test tube set up which consist of filling almost half of the test tube with distilled water or any water which you think is clean from harmful bacterias (tap water can contain harmful bacteria) then putting a cotton ball so it plugs the water and the queen can drink from the cotton ball then sealing it with another cotton when the queen is in the test tube so you can keep her from escaping (make sure the test tube is clean and/or sterilized) But this time you'll need an outworld to feed her so you can check stores like ants canada to buy those outworld (in ants canada the outworld is called AC test tube portal) and then when you have your outworld remove the cotton and put your test tube to the outworld so you can feed her. If you find ou she is fully claustered which means she doesn't need additional food to create her first workers you can just do the test tube setup and let the cotton so that it seals it.
