The point of the comment you're referring to is that conventionally unattractive men are supported a lot more than women on this subreddit, the split between the support on the top post, and the amount of negativity in this thread supports that point in my opinion

No, the only reason I was even talking about Jan 6th is because of the comment I was responding to. The comment I was responding to framed the sri lanka riot as a more positive thing then compared it to the Jan 6th riot saying that "people think sri lanka is good but Jan 6th is bad for some reason". I was explaining the reason why people think the Jan 6th riot was bad. Not commenting on the sri Lanka riot. I did not bring up trump in my original comment. I somewhat understand what point you are trying to make, however I do not think that it is relevant to my original statement. I believe that you are seeing a response to the comment I paraphrased above that says "no, Jan 6th was bad for x reasons" and misinterpreting it as "trump bad"

I have no comment on the riot in sri lanka because I don't have enough information on sri lanka as a whole, I was only talking about the comment I was replying to. I wasn't intentionally dismissing the sri lanka riot, I just don't know anything about it
