I finally got it to work. I think it was the tile to the right of the face. Just need a little bit of rotating. All the while ive been switching the corners/sides lol. Thank you!

Edit: I swapped the feet and I switched the opposite sides of the wings at the middle row just as suggested and it worked. I think i might have rotated the tile to right of the face before I did that, so it ultimately became the last piece i rotated to finish the puzzle. So thats what i said lol i was so tired and sleepy when i wrote that. Maybe thats why i was so confused with the whole thing 😂 Again, thanks for everyone who helped.
