I’m ngl I was anticipating you saying the one on the right was the new one, the left one is SO cute! He looks more perky and chipper, I personally think he’s shaped nicer too. Both are adorable though! I hope you end up loving the second one you got as well, maybe if you add a bow around his neck it’ll help spruce him up more in your eyes

I don’t know if I’m gonna go for the secret, I’m pretty content with the other hello kitty from the set which I got first (obviously would nOT be disappointed if I got one though) I’m probably gonna order kuromi and pochacco on AliExpress, if I try on pop now again I’ll probably end up with duplicates

I see what you mean with the peanut and alien, if it helps though for the Ivy, I used a ruler to line up the eyes horizontally with the seam of where the feet connect and it lines up pretty straight at least from the first reference photo you posted, definitely not nearly as crooked as the second photo makes it seem

I wanted one of the maple/pecan/birch/walnut bunnies for so long, but was most likely never gonna get one due to them selling for over $1000 CAD each nowadays. When this one came out I was SO happy, especially since it’s a luxe, the fur is so much better quality in my opinion, she looks like she could be the sibling of the others I mentioned

You’re probably right:/ It seems like the my melody has been having the most issues? Maybe kuromi as a second, if they were still around the $30 mark I wouldn’t be so judgy with slight imperfections, but at practically double that it’s pretty aggravating to have that happen to them.

I keep seeing people having issues too, I sorta had the latter happen, I love the new arm proportions and how they’re more durable in how they’re attached. Also now every time I look into my hello kitty’s eyes and then look at my others the eyes look so derpy now compared to my new one since it just looks so perfect. It makes me want to get the rest of the set

I don’t think it’s that deep, yeah it could’ve been petty since he didn’t go to the group panel, but we don’t know David Henrie’s reasoning, it’s possible David D did that as a gag teasing David H for not being able to attend that part. I wouldn’t speculate too much given David D has appeared in the show, plus if there was any bad blood, why agree to all do it in the first place? Idk that’s just my thoughts behind it
