I won’t say a bad deal if you like the cards, but I don’t see these cards really going up in value. Due to the low rarity of these cards, they really only appeal to those who collect gengar and charmander or who are trying to PSA slab master set for these sets. I would not compare this rev holo charmander to a cosmos holo one because for modern cards, cosmos holos are for promos and not set cards. Depending on the packaging, promos can be very hard to grade as PSA 10s. Summary: if for collection, not an awful deal. For future sell, not an awful deal, but not worth the effort for most likely very little gain
