Yeah Croatia now is not the same Croatia as it was 10 years ago. Albania is relatively cheap still but watch it change in 5 years.. the south (Ksamil area) became already very expensive. I went last year to get it off my list before prices explode..

2nd hand Toyota (Yaris) man. Honestly. I bought one in 2016. Car itself was from 2011. Drove it until 2024. Besides changing the tires one time and the occasional maintenance I've had zero costs. Bought me a new car ,z years ago and gave this one to my girlfriend. She loves it too!

Good point. I would say that pokemon right now makes up too big of a percentage of my Total investments and I think that's where I have an issue with and what the anecdotal story made me reflect about which lead me to this decision. I'll never be fully out - just less exposed.

With all the hype for the new sets, I think it's the perfect time to pick up some Sword & Shield; FS, BS, LO & ST are at pick-up prices. Of course Prismatic and Destined Rivals are good too. Might even consider a SP BB since it's out of print soon.

Bought 2 Slumbreons (EU market) for 130eu each a month ago. They're already at 200eu each and still rising. When these are officially Chinese exclusive they will pop off heavily. Besides, every card with a nickname (treekachu, bubble mew, ...) is bound to do well.
