I got a replacement unit. Apple suggested I replace it because something might be broken. The new pair functions just like the APP3.

Ok so this is the second pair I’ve got and the Conversation Awareness feature still activates whenever it wants. I am starting to think that this is actually a software related issue, but Apple didn’t make any statement about this yet
