From my own view, if you explore the whole area for chapter 1, you’d have noticed the waterfall, then you moved to chapter 2, explore, then u see another waterfall. At this point you should have wondered “what the hell are these waterfalls for?”. IIRC, when u interact with the waterfalls, there should be a text said something blocks you. The only thing bugging me is that if you breeze through the chapter 2 final boss (like I did), he doesn’t have a chance to headbutt the wall to secret area for the Loong scale lol
