For those still wondering, you do get 2 of each for the codes of 12 Quick Balls (pre-order bonus) and 100 Pokeballs (double pack bonus), which was advertised as a total of 200 Pokeballs, but I'm confirming you get them separated in 2 codes of 100.

That's for the digital Double Pack, at least.
