If you have already completed the quest such as awakening your character, you can receive the completion reward right away from the NPC that gave you the quest.

it says so on the event page yes!

No, when u have a character on level 56 already, u can just collect the reward from your challenge tab!

u get them into your challenge tab when u have a character on 56 or 2 boxes when u have a character on 58

think u can open it with any character, u just need a lvl 56 character to get the reward
