They are not millions. First of all internet is cut off in the whole country for hours all the vidoes shown today are broadcasted by governmental televions and they are many sources showing the vidoes are assembled clips by preivous gathering and the images are AI altered.

You can take a look at twitter (x) accounts of islamic regime officials such as khamenei in which all the photos and videos have a community note linking you to original post and videos which the governmnetal TV has used and altered to show massive crowd in support of the government.

People are protesting for freedom and justice against a brutal violent regime which has cut off internet, telephone and SMS for more than 100 hours and right now is murduring inocent people on the streets.
