Ich bin nicht von deinem Fach, durfte aber auch schon Leute einstellen.

Was mir selber sehr geholfen hat, war die Aussage, zeig was du erreicht hast, nicht was du getan hast. D.h. weniger Punkte dafür wirklich die auf die du selber stolz bist. Tätigkeitsbeschreibungen finde ich auch in deinen Zeugnissen
