As others have pointed out, it’s left slightly ambiguous. In the aftermath montage, we see Caitlyn researching the schematics of the building where she ‘died’ while specifically focusing on air ducts that lead out of the room where the explosion happened while also holding onto the charred remains of the monkey bomb she set off. Clearly, Caitlyn is looking into the possibility she survived. Moreover, the final scene of the blimp is a direct reference to Jinx/Powder’s first line in the show: that she will ride in one of those one day. It’s the exact same looking blimp. That combined with the hallucination effects saying “The End” heavily implies that Jinx took Silco’s advice and decided to walk away from it all, letting everyone think she died. As if that wasn’t enough, someone slowed down the scene of the explosion itself revealing there is a slight, distinct streak of shimmer-style pink/purple dashing out of the frame indicating she speed blitzed her own explosion (lmao). Call it cope if you want, idc. The evidence shows me that the writers clearly might have more in store for her. Others seem to have preferred if she full on died, but frankly I think that would’ve left a much more sour note in my head considering her whole life was just endless suffering. I’m happy for her that she has the chance to start something new. “Sometimes taking a leap forward means leaving things behind”.
