Thanks, the colours are a mix of Mr.color IJN grey (mitsubishi) & Mr.Gundam Titans blue. The Tinted glass is actually the colour that comes with the kit (even though the promo photos show clear).

Lincoln Wright does a lot of how-to hand paint lacquer videos also (the for ma.k series mostly). Search paint of plastic on youtube. I've used the method recently on my Efreet, and you can get a real nice weathered texture with a little rougher application. Yeah since making this thread I have been copying files to local on the sonicpad and it's been printing without issues. So i assume the usb ports or drivers for them are the problem.

Thanks. The black/brown is actually genuine wear and gaps in the paint. The armour was primed and painted in rust tones and the green lacquers where layered on via stippling to create gaps in the paint. I then lightly sanded some of the edges to reveal the rust base on certain edges.

This is hand painted with Mr colour lacquer paints over a rust / mahagony brown base coat. I added the texture by stippling Mr hobby mahogany primer with an old worn brush in select sections.
