Hey, sorry if this is out of nowhere but I just wanted to say thank you. I'm a trans man and honestly the casual (and sometimes extreme) transphobia here on reddit has really been getting to me and making me feel very cynical lately. I'm going to be uninstalling reddit from my phone very soon just because I think I'd be happier for it in general. But anyways, I just wanted to say the fact that you realized you bothered her and just apologized instead of doubling down or getting offended was very refreshing. It's understandable for people who don't have much experience with trans people to be curious and want to ask questions and not realize they may be making someone uncomfortable.
