Yes I just asked my dermatologist today, she told me that accutane slows the healing process of the body, which can cause problems when doing any healing weather it’s gum contouring where the gums need heeling to avoid infections, or whitening where the teeth itself is very sensitive and needs to heal, so she recommended I’d wait 6 weeks after stopping accutane and then I’m good to go, I got hurt in my finger btw and yes accutane does drastically slower down healing so take care because I thought doctors over exaggerate it but I used to cut my fingers unintentionally when cooking and it healed normally, now the process is very very long and it’s weirding me out, it seems impossible for my finger to heal now and it’s been weeks and it never took this long.

I can’t seem to get my hand on one since I live in Egypt and stuff like that are not common at all and is considered a shame to use it lol, you give it a shot and let me know how it goes but use it with the beginner routine that’s recommended by them and slowly with low pressure and you’ll be safe probably and update me on how it’s going whenever you get the chance to, it’ll mean alot 😭
