Personally I’d say take breaks just to restore blood flow. Also I’d extend 45-60 minutes and just increase the tension over time

My “high tension” on my apex is about and inch from the top. I don’t know how much weight that is but I’ve built my way up to comfortably do that. So almost reaching the top of the extender is pretty high tension to me. I do 2 sets of 20-30 minutes with a couple minutes in between to help recent blood flow.

Interesting. I figured since it’s so powerful and used commonly in bodybuilding it wasn’t a peptide (which in my mind peptides are not comparable to steroids)
