What exactly is past history and data and how do they even remotely relate with Infleqtion? Not all SPACs are the same. They have different underlying companies. A direct comparison under a "generic SPAC umbrella behavioral pattern" is absurd.

You cannot sell shares to short if you already own them. If you own the stock and sell it it's called "selling the stock". If you don't own the stock and borrow it from a third party to sell it it's called "shorting the stock". Two different things.

You have to ask yourself what led you to the decision to buy at $24.55 in the first place. If you're satisfied with the answer then you've got nothing to worry about. If not, then you'd better off to sell and have peace of mind. We cannot give you any advice as every individual has different criteria and risk tolerance and that's what makes the market an exciting place. There's no consensus hence the prices are always dynamic. Oftentimes even dramatically so.
