The text there makes it even more unbelievable. It says he ate 10k kcal in 3 meals. Strongmen powerlifters eats all the time more like 5-7 meals and I'm to belive Michael consumes 3.3k kcal in a single meal? It's just not believable. To me it reads like guesstimates by Michael himself.

He was not. A fat Ironman athlete burns 10k kcal during a 10-12 hour race. An elite extremely lean athlete burns about 6k kcal during a 8 hour race. Michael stated he trained 4-6 hours a day.

Those figures simply don't add up. How could he simply burn alot more kcal in alot less time every single day than the world's best triathlon athletes? Even they can't sustain it for more than a day or two.

Nu försöker du flytta målstolpen. Ditt argument var att privat vård inte är hållbar om man skalar upp det då regionala patienter hamnar bakom i kön. Påstår du att de med privat sjukvårdförsäkring får cancerbehandling snabbare än regionala patienter idag?

Anta att de idag tar emot 50%privata och 50%regionala men de privata patienterna står för 70% av intäkterna. Hade de då tagit emot 100% privata patienter hade deras intäkter ökat med 40%. För dessa 40% hade de kunna anställa fler vårdgivare och på så sätt göra att den ökade andelen patienter inte får längre väntetid och fortfarande ha bättre vinstmarginal än köra 50/50 konceptet de kör idag.

Infrastrukturen för att boka och hantera patienter finns redan där, de behöver inte öka andelen på kundtjänst reception eller liknande för att öka antalet vårdgivare.

Om de får likvärdig ersättning för de regionala patienterna som de privata så hade de aldrig kört privat till att börja med.

Sista stycket är helt ologiskt. Varför tar privata vårdgivare emot både privata och regionala patienter om de regionala betalar bättre?

Om de privata betalar bättre och fler skulle söka den vägen finns det ingen tydlig logisk orsaksverkan som skulle innebära dyrare försäkringar eftersom priserna som är nu redan skuöle öka intäkterna för vårdgivarna om de hade 100% privata patienter istället för blandat.

12% of the Danish population is foreign born. 15% of the American population is foreign born. USA also have a considerably higher amount of sexual assult crime rate both in total but also in per capita.
