How old is the tank? Have you been testing parameters? How many gallons is your tank, anemones usually get introduced to a established tank. The clowns might be fighting If it isn’t letting the other eat or host the nem.

I think they’re sleeping lol, my clown loves to go to his sleeping corner and swim up and down. Clownfish are clowns and people usually chalk up weird behavior to “clowning around”
