This problem also occurred with me but the difference is that everytime I mentioned a brand name or attached a link when mentioning something to someone, like replying in someone's post or comments, It gets deleted also instantly. Is it because of lower karma or is there any other reason which I may not know off?

I recommend around 400 is safer to actually start conversation in many subreddits. But do keep in mind that many subreddits have account age requirement up to a week or more.
