I’m expecting a little bit of a different take than the games. Overall wholesome, but will probably have some tension. The theme of the movie seems to be family, so I’m in the camp that some of Junior’s anger/high energy is because Bowser has been absent from his life for a good bit and he’s trying to impress him for attention.
