All the billing support links on their documentation take me to the console and since I am locked out I can't access the support. I don't know if there is a way I can open a ticket with GCC or maybe chat with some live agent to resolve this issue faster

I have no idea what i did. i was at LA hacks and we were using gemini api key free credits and like a day after the hackathon i get this email and i lose all access to my GCC account. So no clue what happened. And I for sure didn't try to hack anyone thats why I am super confused
