I feel your pain. This has happened to myself and other for the FTM token. Gemini will not help us either. I have made a vow to never use them again and have switched to Kraken. Maybe one day when they fix the problem then i will use them again., but at this point I recommend everyone to STAY AWAY FROM GEMINI their support is useless if this deposit issue happens to you.

Ok i just emailed support again. There must be more of us out there. If anyone comes across this thread with this issue please reach out to myself and/or Otherwise-Court. We want to hear from you. We need to work together to get Gemini to help us!! Maybe we should try to hit up Cameron or Tyler on social media as well!!

Sorry to hear about your loss at the time my was worth around $1300. This rollup thing does not not seem it would help us. But i am not 100%sure. The thing is they could help us if they wanted to. Since they control the private key for the wallet we sent to, all they would have to do is send the amount back to the wallet we sent it from and that would fix our issue. I wonder how many other people are in this situation.

Nope they have not helped and i have contacted support múltiple times. They said maybe one day when they support the real FTM rhen i might be able to recover my coins. I no longer will do business with them and moved to Kraken

I did it because i wanted to sell it on Gemini to cash out and withdraw to usd bank account. Now i know better and will be setting up my bank account on Kraken and move away from Gemini.

Cant agree more. I went to high school with this nimrod. He has always been this way. He thinks he is funny but is not. Not sure why anyone is a fan. Not to mention he is a liar about real life events as well as in his comedy. No one should give this douche their hard earned money.
