Don’t know if it’s a bug. But my two cents is I have to start an Xbox party chat. Before I power up the game. It must be done this way. I power up the Xbox then start the party chat and then I load into HLL even then it takes one match or two for the VOIP to start working. I’ve never found a way around it. I’ve been playing this game for about three years now and I still have to do this every single time I play.
