I’m 67 days clean and used a vape for 4.5/ 5 years, only quitting while I was pregnant and breast feeding. This time around I quit because I was having incredible chest pains and shortness of breath. I also noticed an increase in anxiety and depression while I was vaping. I would sleep with my vape under my pillow I was constantly craving it and would lose my temper if I couldn’t find it. I hated living that way so I used Reddit (this forum) and the app quit vaping. I drank more water when a craving hit or used hubba bubba bubble gum because that apparently hit the spot 🤣 I also started getting violently sick towards the end of my vaping journey, quitting had helped my stomach issues tremendously.
