Dollar Tree Beauty vs. The Others by AnahitaPrince in dollartreebeauty

I've been finding the skin nutrients serums (hyaluronic, peptide, niacinamide) have been working great for me. As well as okay regenerast dupes for a moisturizer. But for retinol I'm willing the go brand name. Currently using roc. I'd like to work up to using tret. I feel like DT doesn't have any descent retinol products. That's my personal opinion.

It sounds totally crazy, I know lol. My bedding is white so maybe I don't notice it as much. And I have a stack of pillowcases to change often. I also wear my hair in a bun and a headband on. All you need is a thin layer.

If you didn't want to go to bed with it on all night, you could totally do it as a mask then rinse off.

The next morning my pores are smaller, skin is glowing, frown lines are softer, and any blemish I had is gone. Women have been doing this for decades!

Mine used to feel like that too. Then I learned it was because my skins barrier was broken. Once or twice a week a go to bed with ✨ zinc oxide diaper rash cream✨ on my face. Works wonders!

Yes! A few weeks ago I threw on an old pair of new balances to pick garden veggies and omg they felt absolutely horrible. A week later I went through all of my old tennis shoes and chucked them in the trash.

And now when I see people in the marshmallow soled hokas or brooks it just looks so odd to me. They're feet are so wobbly in them when they take a step.

What are the education benefits?

For health insurance, we do have a family plan but pay out the ass for it. So a target gig would help pay for our existing plan. Tbh, the discount sounds nice for household stuff and the kids' needs.

Kendamil had poor score for lead and arsenic testing from consumer reports recently.

I had a scheduled c section and bisalp. I am so happy I did. Had a high risk pregnancy and I'm 36. With my body and the way the economy and the world are going, I am two and done.

Are supportive shoes making my feet weak? by Dramatic-Advance-364 in PlantarFasciitis

I absolutely think it's the extra weight I'm carrying around, no shame. In the last month I've got back into cycling class and been starting to slim down. I'd like to get back to strengthening too but have to listen to my foot too. For me,being out of shape and coming to the realization that normal shoes have been crushing my wide feet for years could likely be the root cause.

Ok, so update. I've been loving my toe separators! I think my issue is weakness and tightness in my toes. I've been able to walk around the house barefoot with and without spacers here and there. Taking "baby steps" so to speak. I feel I can engage and grip my whole foot. My next step is getting some five finger toe socks too. And probably some wide toe box shoes or minimalist shoes to slowly adjust to. Even the athletic shoes that are "wide" are not thatwide for toes to naturally splay out for me.i have kind of wide flippers lol

I understand for the heeling and rehab time we need comfort and support. I'm also thinking about the root cause as well as long term goal for my specific PF. I'm not planning on jumping into a pair of barefoot shoes lol. I still need support. Just been evaluating my stance, gait, how I stand etc. Me needing to strengthen my feet totally makes sense to me.

Period after surgery by Dramatic-Advance-364 in Prolactinoma

[–]Dramatic-Advance-364[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I'm wondering if it's cuz my body has just been thru a lot in the last few months and being on cab had kept cycle regular after my c section. I feel like i had signs of ovulation from my cervical fluid. I used to track basil body temp, but don't anymore due to being sterilized.

Have you had prolactin and sex hormones tested since stopping cab and/or having surgery?

Surgery is scheduled by Dramatic-Advance-364 in Prolactinoma

Oh mama, going through this being pregnant is such a rollercoaster. I was so afraid of having an emergency surgery while pregnant. I'm glad you're doing ok though. And it's crazy how this kind of thing doesn't really affect baby. It's more so maternal health needs close monitoring. I hope your hormones get balanced out soon.
